Where is your shop located?
We conveniently meet our clients at a public or private location of your choosing. Give us the address and we will bring everything we need to repair or diagnose your device on site.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes, all of our repairs are backed by a 90 day warranty on the parts replaced. This warranty covers the functionality of the parts replaced but not external damage.
Example: Bob gets his iPhone 15 screen repaired
Covered By Warranty: Screen not touching.
Not Covered By Warranty: Bob dropped his phone and the screen cracked.
Do you use OEM Quality Parts in your repairs?
We use the highest quality parts available! Due to mega-corporation’s restictive laws and contracts, getting OEM electronic parts is next to impossible. However, we have carefully navigated through manufacturers to ensure we have the highest quality parts on the market.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After confirmation, orders will arrive in 3 – 7 business days unless its an expedited or Internaional order.
How long will it take to get my device repaired?
Most repairs are completed in 20 minutes or less. However, some repairs are more extensive and can take more time, if able to be repaired at all.
I would like to return the product I ordered. How do I return it?
